ABOUT US

Eagle Creek Farm is nestled in the hills of NW IL with a fantastic view of the Mississippi River.  We are located about 8 miles south of Galena, IL, just north of Chestnut Mountain Ski resort.  Eagle Creek Farm is home to Hall Eventing owned and operated by Brad & Robin Hall.

Hall Eventing provides riding lessons and training in dressage, jumping, and cross country jumping.  We have a horse barn with a few stalls, a tackroom, and a nice outdoor wash rack.  Out front is a large derby jump field with both stadium and cross country jumps.  Tucked back behind the horse barn is an indoor arena measuring 66' x 120', perfect for practicing dressage or jumping a few jumps.

We have been teaching, training, and competing horses for many years.  We currently offer riding lessons for beginners to advanced competition riders.  School horses are available for beginner lessons and lead line lessons.  We also offer lessons on your own horse whether you board here or trailer in for lessons.

Training is available for horses just starting under saddle, all the way to horses getting competition mileage.  We also offer help as you move up to higher competition levels.  Boarding is limited and priority is given to regular lesson students.  Boarders get individualized, custom care.  Each horse is treated as an individual and their needs are taken into account in their daily care and feeding.  We specialize in quality care, not quantity.  Eagle Creek Farm is our home, so the horses are under our daily "eagle" eyes.
